Tell us about your business and how you got started.
I am a local realtor and began my business when the hospital I was working for was sold and my position was moved to the main campus. I specialize in selling homes but also VA and first time buyers.
What services or products do offer?
Listing, buyer clients, home valuations and market insights
What is unique about your business?
I offer a homes for heroes program where I give a percentage of my commission back to the buyer or seller if they qualify for the program.
What can customers expect when doing business with you?
My top priority is customer service and taking the stress out of the real estate process.I work to become my clients trusted advisor by working diligently to ensure they are fairly represented throughout the process. I pride myself on relationships and am not a one and done agent. My goal is for every client to become a friend.
To what do you attribute your success?
I am dedicated to my profession and I stay updated with local policies and market updates. Being knowledgeable about the market I work in allows me to offer the most to my clients.
What is the best advice someone has ever given you?
Set boundaries and keep them or the job will work you instead of you working the job.
What made you decide to start your business or choose this career path?
I have several realtor friends who tried to get me into the business for years. When circumstances changed in my life I decided to give it a shot.
Does your company help or get involved in the community in any way?
Yes. I am a volunteer at Pensacola Little Theater and Levin Rinke is involved in several local charities and events.
Are there any lessons that you have learned that you would like to pass on?
Set boundaries and stick to them

I'm a USAF Veteran and I believe its my military background that continues to impact my life and pushes me to be successful.
